When adjusting the belt tension on a treadmill, don't test the belt by running it at 6.4km/h, whilst holding an Allan key and looking behind you when you don't have any proprioceptive input from your left knee due to earlier surgery.
The resulting fall and impaling if my left hand on the said Allan key causes one to have to go to hospital for x-rays (happily normal) and therefore really put a dampener on Saturday night.
It is quite sore.....
